Art Dump - 02

This is the second art dump and probably the last for the time being. In all honestly, life has been a ruckus to adapt to this past year, and I hoped to get all the pilling up ideas together in one place so I could re-organize myself and step forward into all of mine, and our projects. (me and my friend / partner: CrystalCaramel )  

The thing is, this account here will mostly be about fanart, customs, comms, non-mlp related stuff, sketches, practices, and etc! So later in the future, when I'm done with most of our MLP next-gen bios, we'll post them into a side account! However I felt it would be nice to show some of the ideas that come to mind with those dumps, since I have a cascade of sai files digging into my soul since I create them, sketch them, and dump them somewhere in my computer to never see the light of day again.  that is... Until now! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

    1.       This is my most recent sketch, of Moondust! She is the next-gen of Moondancer x Sunburst, and despite her appearance, she is indeed a mare. Moondust is fresh out of the oven, but we’re already having a lot of fun with her, she being a character that has switched species through her life, a concept that we will delve deeper into later into our next-gen, especially on the headcanons part!

    2.       Yet another next-gen, his name is Storm Chaser, his nickname is Chaz. He is a next gen of Zephyr Breeze and Thunderlane. Chaz is a large Pegasus with a very impressive wing-span for someone who doesn’t possesses sea-bird like wings. He is very reserved, and in interactions with strangers he might come off as uninterested, mocking, or a creepy fellow; However in truth he is quite chill and even slightly childish, and to top it off has a bad case of a sweet tooth… Also, he can eat bones.

    3.       The third half-made sketch was to be an overall idea of Caelum, a future Spike x Thorax next gen, dragonling. He has a large bulk and can run long distances without much effort. He has delicate hearing and is a great musician.

    4.       Gwendolyn is the oc mother that we made for Gabby the griffin. She is cheerful, although not as much as her daughter… And despite her good willed nature, she is no pushover. Gwendolyn is certainly more aware of the intentions of others than her daughter, and has a righteous sixth sense on her to tell if someone is either friend or foe.

    5.       Gregorie is the oc father that we made for Gabby the griffin; he is older than Gwendolyn and once protected Griffinstone as a sentinel and quick-witted rogue soldier. He is not seen with a smile most of the time and despite his mind being set in the past… He is oddly open-minded if you can manage to wager him into being so.

    6.       This is an overall body sketch of Miyu Ren. She is the oc mother for Discord (the current spirit of chaos and disharmony). She has a kind heart, but a fierce personality if ever required of her.

    7.       A quick sketch of an oc unicorn, Morning Star, and my first next-gen (now updated), Sirius Sol. In this scene, she would be questioning the young prince oh his… “Methods” of study after she notices he didn’t do much of it at all… However I’ll not delve into this scenario, at least not here.

    8.       A body sketch for Discord’s oc father, Styx (River of Death); he might sound edgy, however his name was given due to the fact he was born amidst an age of war in which most were forced to take their luck around the field of battle to satisfy needs as basic as thirst… Despite the terror and bodies pilling up, he found himself unfortunately growing used to this scenario. Meets Ren later into his life, when he got severely injured from a battle.

    9.       This is Meláni. She is NOT mlp related. She is a persona that I made to use as my own image, especially when talking about the stories and worlds I create, or I and my friend create together. ^^ She is vaguely similar to a Chinese dragon, being lizard-like but still being all covered in fur. Her jewel represents the symbol of chaos. This is largely just a sketch to get an overall idea about her. Meláni means Ink in Greek.

    10.   This was a quick sketch of one of our next-gens, Infinita Tempura… Or Sakura, as she prefers. She is the daughter of Discord and Fluttershy, and in this particular sketch, she is beyond pissed… I wonder why.

    11.   Sirius updated color palette. Those are not all of his colors, since he is flat and missing any lighting and sparkles he also has… However I’m very pleased with his design at the moment, and his tail feathers have come to stay.

    12.   This sketch would have a lot of back story… But cutting it shortly: The lowly detailed Alicorn filly under the bigger creature is Evermore, daughter of Fizzlepop Berrytwist and Twilight Sparkle. The creature over her is a transformed version of Nixie, daughter of Discord and Trixie Lulamoon… She transformed out of a burst of rage and raw magic after a dumb colt dared to hurt her friend… Yup, things are not looking good for whoever that sketchy silhouette will be in the future.
